Why can't I access the next module?

Sometimes our courses are designed to encourage you to complete certain activities before moving on to the next set of activities.

Solution 1

If you are unable to access the next module in the course, take a look at the instructions in the course to find out which activities need to be completed before you're able to progress, as you may be required to complete an activity such as an assessment or a questionnaire.

Solution 2

Alternatively, please ensure you are accessing the full version of the course. The demo versions of the courses (indicated in the course title) only allow access to the first module and will not allow you to progress beyond this.
